Pro Shop/Equipment Room

Pro Shop

The Pro Shop/Equipment Room is located in Room 29, ground floor, Alumni Arena. Its main function is to provide equipment and services for recreation, physical education, athletics, intramurals and sport clubs.

Services provided include:

  • locker rental
  • towel service
  • equipment loan
  • sports equipment sales
  • Bicycle rentals are also available for a great price

    Pro Shop/Equipment Room hours for the Fall and Spring semesters are as follows:

    Alumni Arena
    Monday - Friday 6:00 AM - 12:00 AM
    Saturday & Sunday 10:00 AM - 8:00 PM

    Clark Hall
    Monday - Friday 9:00 AM - 11:00 PM
    Saturday & Sunday Noon - 5:30 PM

    NOTE:
    Pro Shop/Equipment Room hours are subject to change during exam, summer and semester breaks.

    Equipment Loan Service
    Recreational equipment may be borrowed from the Pro Shop/Equipment Room by UB Students, faculty, staff, alumni and permit holders upon presentation of a valid ID card or recreation permit.

    Equipment available includes:

    • basketballs
    • footballs
    • indoor and outdoor soccer balls
    • racquetball rackets and balls
    • horseshoes
    • tug-of-war ropes

    Equipment must be returned the same day it is issued unless arrangements are made with the Pro Shop/Equipment Room personnel. All overnight loans must be transacted between the hours of 7:30 AM and 9:00 PM, Monday through Friday only. Supplies for picnic and departmental parties should be reserved at least one week in advance (stop by Room 29 in Alumni Arena or call 645-3320). The person signing out the equipment is responsible for damage or loss.
