Class Descriptions
UBiking: take your fitness, health, strength and endurance to a new level. Whether you are a beginner or an elite cyclist, you will be challenged by our group of exciting instructors that will take you through an hour-long stimulating, heart pumping, endorphin releasing ride.
Step Aerobics: a classic workout utilizing the Reebok step. Challenge your cardiovascular system and lower body strength through a choreographed routine that will keep you moving.
Sculpt n' Pump: This total body sculpt class is for everyone at any level of fitness. You’ll do intervals of high intensity cardio moves along with building lean muscle mass, using weights, bands, body bars, etc.
Morning Sculpt: jump-start your day by building new muscle through this non-aerobic workout. Strengthen and tone the entire body using the Body Bar®, tubing, dumbbells, mats and balls.
Muscleflex: a non-aerobic class using resistance training equipment to exercise major muscle groups of the body for both muscular strength and muscular endurance.
Bar Essentials: tone your arms, legs, gluts and core with only one piece of equipment, the Body Bar®. Classes are designed to move from one muscle group to another without missing a beat.
Pilates: a mat-based class that focuses on controlled breathing and core stability to improve fl edibility and strength. Improve posture, while creating long, lean and strong muscles.
Pi-Yo: a class comprised of yoga postures and pilates movements. Enjoy the toning effects of pilates and the mind-body connection of yoga.
Water Aerobics: take aerobics to the water. Enjoy all the benefits of aerobic activity without the stress of weight-bearing ground exercises. Take a splash!
Zumba®: is an exciting dance fitness program. Zumba combines the basis of interval and aerobic training designed for all exercisers, men women, dancers, fitness fanatics and dancers! It does so much fun you’ll forget you’re working out, but make no mistake you will get one heck of a cardio blast.
Zumba Tone®: similar to Zumba and utilizes 1-3 lbs. weight to increase resistance to create a toned upper body.
Turbo Kick: a high-energy aerobic workout involving shadow boxing and kick boxing that will challenge every muscle. Sculpt your arms, shoulder, and back while taking your fitness to a new level.
Hip Hop: high-intensity aerobic workouts that will make you feel like a star. Learn a dance routine in an easy-to-follow, add-on choreography format.
Bollywood Bjangra Workout: Bollywood Bhangra Workout is aerobic dancing with an edge. Bollywood is a type of dance that refers to the Indian film industry and combines choreography that may be found in American Broadway, Jazz, and Hip Hop dance styles. The class is centered around fast-paced music with high-energy, non-stop movement that is sure to burn calories. No dance experience necessary, all age groups welcome.
