Class Descriptions

Cardio Challenge: an interval-formatted class that will bring you closer to the true training of a professional martial artist by practicing kicks, punches and combos on a safe target. This partner based cardio-kickboxing class will take your training to a higher level.

Dance Nation: a dance based class, using simple dance movements from 4 different genres; ballet, salsa, hip-hop and free movement. Dance your way to strength, endurance and tone.

Step Aerobics: a classic workout utilizing the Reebok step. Challenge your cardiovascular system and lower body strength through a choreographed routine that will keep you moving.

Cardio Sculpt: an interval based class of sculpting exercises and short bursts of different cardio formats to keep your heart-rate elevated to enhance caloric burn and rev-up your metabolism.

Salsa Aerobics: a fun high impact cardio workout with Salsa flavored music and dance routine.

Morning Sculpt: jump-start your day by building new muscle through this non-aerobic workout. Strengthen and tone the entire body using the Body Bar®, tubing, dumbbells, mats and balls.

Muscleflex: a non-aerobic class using resistance training equipment to exercise major muscle groups of the body for both
muscular strength and muscular endurance.

Bar Essentials: tone your arms, legs, gluts and core with only one piece of equipment, the Body Bar®. Classes are designed to move from one muscle group to another without missing a beat.

Pilates: a mat-based class that focuses on controlled breathing and core stability to improve flexibility and strength. Improve posture, while creating long, lean and strong muscles.

Pi-Yo: a class comprised of yoga postures and pilates movements. Enjoy the toning effects of pilates and the mind-body connection of yoga.

UBiking Class Descriptions

Bike Basics (indoor cycling): learn the basics of cycling, whether you are a beginner or a pro to indoor cycling; the basics are essential component of exercise and training.

UBiking (indoor cycling): enjoy an hour long ride, classes vary by instructor.

Around the World (indoor cycling): during the semester we will tour the world. Each ride will take the group to a new country or state. Music and terrain will vary by location.

Brick Workout (indoor cycling/track): bike, run, bike, run……interested in training for a dulathalon or triathlon or in a new challenge?
