Combo

Experience Aerobics and Indoor Cycling classes to get a full body workout.

Please dress appropriately.  Fitness footwear is required.  Your Combo Permit is your proof of registration and must be brought to EVERY class. 

All classes will start as scheduled. Lateness to class is both a safety issue and a distraction to others. Please make every effort to arrive on time and be ready to start. Doors will be closed immediately following warm-up.
