Indoor Cycling
Take your fitness, health, strength and endurance to a new level. Whether you are a beginner or an elite cyclist, you will be challenged by our group of exciting instructors that will take you through an hour-long stimulating, heart pumping endorphin releasing ride.
Know the facts:
- You will burn on average 500 calories per 50 minutes of riding.
- Indoor Cycling strengthens the quads, hams, calves and core.
- A low-impact workout, where you train for cardiovascular and physical endurance and strength.
- A fitness class where you have control of your own workout, without memorizing choreography.
- Indoor Cycling is great cross-training for swimming and running.
- Indoor Cycling classes are for all fitness levels, from novice to elite.
Indoor cycling
classes are held in 144 Alumni Arena (Indoor Cycling Room), North Campus
Indoor cycling policy:
- Participants not permitted after class begins.
- Indoor Cycling permit must be presented at the beginning of each class.
- Appropriate workout attire required.
- Participants are encouraged to regularly monitor their workout intensity and take water breaks frequently.
- There must be at least 2 participants present for Indoor Cycling class.
