- Spring 2010 Group Fitness Workouts at Clark Hall - Can’t afford a personal trainer but would like workout tips? Do you want group motivation but can’t afford group aerobics classes? Do you want to be challenged and pushed to your limits? This is the program for you. You can either choose to follow the routine posted on your own time 4 times per week or you can choose the group package for a small fee. Do this circuit training 4 times a week for the three month program and watch how your body transforms.
