2007-08: Earned eight singles and six doubles wins in his first season with the Bulls. Played fifth singles during the spring. Partnered with Marcelo Mazzetto to reach the semifinals of the UB/Niagara Invitational.

Previous College: Played at Division II Drury University for two seasons. Posted 11 singles and 20 doubles victories with the Panthers.

Personal: Born May 10, 1986. Parents are Emilio Lluis and Martha Gomez. Has three brothers (Mauricio, Ricardo, Esteban). Ranked among the top 10 juniors in Mexico and earned an ATP point in 2005. Favorite athletes include Rafael Nadal, Andre Agassi and Pete Sampras. Favorite book and movie is The Lord of the Rings. Majoring in computer science.
