2008-09:  Compiled a 2-2 singles mark with a 2-1 doubles record. Won two singles matches at St. Bonaventure Invitational. Paired with Kristof Custers for two doubles wins at UB/Niagara Invitational to win the fourth doubles flight.

2007-08: Went 6-10 in singles and 3-8 in doubles as a freshman. Saw most his action at sixth singles. Went 2-1 at the season-opening Dartmouth Volkl Shootout, dropping his first match in three sets, but rallying to win the next two.  

PERSONAL: Born April 23, 1989. Son of Zale and Barbara Bernstein. Has one sister (Rachel). Earned five letters and captained one season at Buffalo’s City Honors High School where he was undefeated as a senior and led the Centaurs to their first appearance at the sectional tournament. Also earned first-team all-star honors in hockey and ran on the cross country squad. Favorite TV show is Who Wants To Be a Millionaire. Favorite musicians include Gordon Lightfoot and Leonard Cohen. Majoring in biomedical sciences.
