Bulls Men's Tennis Begins 2000 Season

Fall Season Kicks Off With Home Competition

BUFFALO, NY - The University at Buffalo men's tennis program kicks off its 2000-2001 campaign this Sunday, with a home match against Marist College. The Bulls will have six more competitions this fall, three of which will be held at home.

The Bulls finished last season 8-14 overall while going 0-6 in Mid-American Conference competition. The Bulls fell in the first round of the MAC Tournament to second-seeded Bowling Green, 16-7.

UB will hold home dual matches this fall with Rider, St. Peters and Loyola, Youngstown State and St. Francis College.

Competition with the Red Foxes begins at 10:00 a.m. this Sunday at the UB Tennis Center, Ellicot Complex.
