Bulls Fall at Boston College, 4-2
Freshman Kirill Kolomytes (Moscow, Russia/Moscow High School 155) provided the offense for the Bulls, scoring doubles and singles wins. Kolomytes paired with Yules Hadisubroto (Jakarta, Indonesia/SMUN 21) to defeat Sam Wagner and Soma Kesthely, 8-6, and help the Bulls to claim the doubles point. Kolomytes also downed Wagner, 7-6 (5), 6-4, in the number three singles match for UB's other point. One match was left unfinished as Albert Alant's (Pretoria, South Africa/Niskayuna NY)) contest at number six against Dennis Reardon was stopped in the third set. Alant was on serve, leading 2-1 in the set after the pair split the opening sets. However, due to time constraints for Bulls in heading to Providence, the match was stopped. UB is scheduled to play at Brown, tonight at 7:00 pm.
