Bulls open season

UB falls to Ohio 132-108

ATHENS, OH - The University at Buffalo men's swimming team opened their Mid-American Conference schedule Saturday afternoon in Athens, Ohio. UB dropped a 132-108 decision to Ohio.

Senior Josh Pun (Edmonton, Alb.) took the men's 200 free in 1:45.55. Seniors Eric Stimson (North Tonawanda, NY) and Jason McLachlan (Arvada, CO) were also double winners for the Bulls' men. Stimson took the 200 back in 1:54.29 and 200 breast in 2:13.38. McLachlan swept the distance freestyles taking the 500 in 4:49.31 and 1000 in 10:15.55.

UB's men are 0-1 overall and 0-1 in league competition.
