"Marc Stencel saw limited but important action in his last two seasons. He played behind some experienced players. He has shown a great deal of patience and greater understanding of his development. In spring play, Marco played more of a flank midfielder position and did well. Stencel also paid a lot of attention to his fitness and strength development. He has to capitalize on his playing opportunities and produce goals and assists. He has, in 2007, a chance to put his mark on this edition of the Bulls team. " - John Astudillo

Sophomore (2006): Saw time in eight matches on the season, making two starts...scored Buffalo 's lone goal in a 2-1 defeat against Duquesne (9/22).

High School: Played four years at Cheektowaga Central School for head coach Matt Haberl... was a two-year team captain... set the all-time points and assist records at his school... was named an ECIC all-star while earning the best offensive player and playmaker awards his senior season... also played centerfield in baseball.
