Sophomore
Burnaby, British Columbia
Alpha Secondary/Cincinnati

"Alex brings with him a solid background as a central midfielder. As the season develops, Alex s role will be clearer to the team. He will initiate the first line of defense at midfield. Protecting defenders from sudden transition and clear passing channels will be part of his responsibilities. Marrello is a natural at attacking the ball on defense and has a knack for finding open targets on offense. He should fulfill his potential, as this is an ideal position for him and the Bulls. His background should enable the team to use him as he is best needed." - John Astudillo
