BUFFALO, NY – Junior Andrae Clarke (Kingston, Jamiaca/DeWitt Clinton) was named to the Top Drawer Soccer Men’s College National Team of the Season Third Team by Top Drawer Soccer Monday in its year-end awards. Clarke was the only Bull to receive recognition by the internet-based site that released five National Teams of the Season and one All-Rookie Team.

Clarke led the Bulls this season in all three major offensive categories with nine goals, 11 assists and 29 points. He also had 46 shots and four game-winning goals. His nine goals is tied with sophomore Lee Catchpole (Norwich, England/Bungay), while his 11 assists on the year is a UB-single season record. In the Sept. 17th matchup against Centenary, Clarke scored a goal and picked up a career-high three assists, which ties him for second in UB history in a single game. Senior Greg Galemore (Rochester, NY/West Morris) also picked up three assists in the 7-0 UB win.

The Bulls finished with a 14-3-2 record and made it to the Mid-American Conference Championship game for the first time in team history. The 14 wins is the most wins since the 1990 team that went 14-3-1 on the year.
