Men's Soccer Falls to DukeBUFFALO, NY The University at Buffalo men's soccer team was outmatched against the nationally-ranked Blue Devils and lost their third-straight game 4-0 at Duke on Friday night. Duke scored twice in each half in breaking their two-game losing skid. The Blue Devils got first half goals from Jordan Cila and Robbie Russell in the first half to take a 2-0 lead into halftime. In the second half, Adam Guren scored in the 67th minute and Justin Bodiya finished off the scoring with a goal in the 71st minute. Duke outshot UB 18-2 on the night and recorded 11 corner kicks to the Bulls' three. UB goalkeeper Brian Wozniak (Canton, MI/Plymouth Salem) recorded five saves on the night. The Bulls fell to 3-5-1 overall and will next travel to play at Radford on Sunday afternoon. |
