Dan Bulley Named MAC Player Of The Week

Sophomore forward scored two goals and added an assist in UB's two victories

BUFFALO, NY – University at Buffalo sophomore forward Dan Bulley (Exeter, England/St. Peter's) was named Mid-American Conference Men's Soccer Player of the Week on Monday afternoon. Bulley scored the game-tying goal and added an assist in UB's 3-2 comeback victory over Bowling Green this past Friday. He then netted the only goal in Buffalo's 1-0 victory yesterday afternoon at Duquesne.

With his two goals this past weekend, Bulley now has a team-leading four goals on the season. He is also tied for the team lead in points with fellow sophomore Alex Marrello (Burnaby, British Columbia/Alpha Secondary) at nine. This is the second MAC Player of the Week award received by a member of the Buffalo squad this season, Robert Shuttleworth (Tonawanda, NY/Nichols) earned conference player of the week honors on September 10.

Bulley and the rest of the Bulls return to action this Saturday night when they travel to nationally-ranked Saint Louis University. Kickoff is scheduled for 7 pm central time.
