UB Men's Soccer Opener Postponed

Heavy Rains Force Cancellation

BUFFALO, NY - The University at Buffalo men's soccer team saw their season-opening game washed out by heavy rains today at the Central Connecticut Tournament. CCSU and Binghamton ended the first game of the day in a 0-0 tie at the 75 minute mark before the game was called. Heavy rain in the area made the field unplayable and dangerous to the participants forcing the stoppage of play. The Bulls were scheduled to play Sacred Heart in the second game of the day.

Buffalo is scheduled to play Central Connecticut on Sunday afternoon at 3 pm.
