Watson is a 6-2 point guard from Riviera Beach, FL where he played for his father Tony Watson, Sr. at Palm Beach Gardens High School. He averaged 24.3 points, 7.1 rebounds and 9.2 assists as a junior last season. He led Palm Beach County in scoring and assists en route to earning first-team All-County, second-team All-State and team MVP honors. He led his team to a 23-4 record last season and his team had a three-year record of 64-17. "Tony is an old-school gym rat. His dad is his coach and he has been around basketball his whole life," Witherspoon said. "He has point guard instincts and vision. He shoots the ball tremendously well, scores a lot of points and is really excited to be a part of our program. He is a very good student and we're really excited to have him joining our program." Chavis is a 6-5 swingman who plays for head coach Tony Taylor at Queen City Prep in Concord, NC. He is averaging 24 points, eight rebounds and three assists this season. Last year he played for national powerhouse Word of God Academy where he averaged 18 points per game. The Holy Rams finished the season 30-3 and ranked 19th in the nation. "Milton is a hard-working, humble kid with a lot of athletic ability and we're excited to have him joining our program," Witherspoon said. "His background playing at such a high level at Word of God Academy and Queen City Prep will go a long way toward preparing him for success in the MAC."
