Turner Battle Participating in Portsmouth Invitational

Tournament runs through Saturday in Portsmouth, VA

BUFFALO, NY - Men's basketball senior Turner Battle (Kernersville, NC/East Forsyth) is currently participating in the 53rd Annual Portsmouth Invitational Tournament. The tournament runs from Wednesday, April 6 through Saturday, April 9 at Churchland High School in Portsmouth, VA, and Battle's team is MD Designs. Battle is one of 64 college seniors who were selected to play in the Portsmouth Invitational Tournament back in February. The Portsmouth Invitational Tournament is the only postseason event prior to Chicago Draft Camp. Representatives from all 30 NBA teams are in attendance. Over 1,000 former and active NBA players have risen from the P.I.T.
