Valpo Beats Bulls with Last Second Shot

The Valparaiso Crusaders handed the Bulls their second straight Mid-Continent Conference loss as they downed UB 82-80. Senior Bryce Drew sank a running shot from the right side of the court as time expired to give the Crusaders the win. Tied at 80 with less than a minute to play, UB had chances to take the lead but couldn't convert. The Bulls have now lost four straight to the Crusaders, and are 0-4 lifetime on the road at Valparaiso. UB (9-7/5-2) is now tied for second with Valparaiso (9-7/5-2) in the Mid-Con, trailing conference leader Western Illinois (11-5/6-0).
