39 UB Student-Athletes Named to Fall 2001 MAC Honor Rolls

17 Also Named to Academic All-MAC Teams

BUFFALO, NY - Thirty-nine University at Buffalo student-athletes have been named to the Mid-American Conference's Honor Rolls for their respective fall sports, as announced by the league office. To be eligible for the MAC Honor Roll, student-athletes must obtain a minimum cumulative grade point average of 3.00, earn a varsity letter for the current season and have attended the institution for a full year. Additionally, 17 UB student-athletes were also named to their sports' Academic All-MAC team, which includes those honor roll members who hold a GPA of 3.25 or higher and participated in at least 50 percent of their teams' matches during the season.
