Hard-hitting defensive back who has emerged as the leader of the secondary...a team captain in 2006...versitile athlete who also played linebacker for the Bulls last season...named to the MAC Report Online Preseason All-MAC First Team and Athlon Preseason All-MAC Second Team in 2007...volunteers time with the Special Olympics...chose Buffalo because of the opportunity to go to college on a full scholarship.

JUNIOR (2006)
Started all 12 games...ranked third on the team with 88 tackles...his nine tackles for loss were second on the team...led the team with four forced fumbles...had an interception against Ball State (10/7) that he returned 43 yards for a touchdown...had a season-high 11 tackles, including five solo stops at Bowling Green (9/9)...had nine tackles, including a tackle for loss and a pass breakup at Northern Illinois (9/16)...made the switch to linebacker for two games and looked right at home...made seven tackles, including two for loss and a sack at Boston College (10/28)...had 10 tackles, including six solo stops, 2.5 tackles for loss and a half sack against Kent State (11/4)...had nine tackles, including two tackles for loss at Wisconsin (11/18).
SOPHOMORE (2005)
Made his first on-field appearence as a sophomore and had a break-out season...led the Bulls in total tackles (85) and solo efforts (48)...his three interceptions were also tops on the squad...had a career-high 12 tackles at Toledo (10/22)...tallied 11 tackles against both Rutgers (9/17) and Ohio (10/29)...had a career-high nine solo tackles against Ohio...recorded an interception against Connecticut (9/1), Toledo (10/22) and Kent State (11/12)...also recovered a fumble at Kent State...had 1.5 tackles for loss on the season.

Gave Buffalo excellent work on its scout teams.

HIGH SCHOOL
An All-State and All-Conference selection for coach John Quinn as a running
back/defensive back...had 800 yards rushing and 14 touchdowns as a senior while
leading the Zebras to a 12-1 record...earned three letters and was a captain once...
also was a point guard on the New Brunswick basketball team...also lettered in track.
