Buffalo (1-4 overall, 1-2 MAC) will be led by a prodigous running game that produced 245 yards in Saturday night's 48-20 win against Central Florida and has crossed the century mark in 18 straight games. Three running backs in what has been dubbed the "Four Horseman" have crossed the 100-yard mark this season. On Saturday, sophomore Steven King (Hempstead, NY/Uniondale) led the way with 110 yards on 15 carries that included a 30-yard touchdown run. Junior Dave Dawson (Camp Hill, PA/Bishop McDevitt) scored twice in the game, running 11 times for 53 yards and sophomore Jared Patterson (Belvidere, NJ/Belvidere) also added a touchdown. After four games, the Bulls found a new duo at quarterback, as freshman Datwan Hemingway (Albany, NY/Christian Brothers Academy) ran seven times for 38 yards and led the Bulls on three scoring drives. Redshirt freshman Chris Moore (Highland Village, TX/Flower Mound Marcus) finished 5-for-7 passing for 195 yards, including two beautiful bombs to freshman Terrance Breaux (Randallstown, MD/Randallstown), who has 158 yards on the season.

On defense, Buffalo is led by defensive backs freshman James Evans (Irvington, NJ/Irvington) and junior Rich Sanders (Miami, FL/Coral Reef), both ranked in the top 100 in the nation in interceptions and senior J.J. Gibson (Buffalo, NY/Sweet Home), who is 11th in the MAC in tackles per game.

Akron (1-4 overall, 1-1 MAC) is led by preseason Heisman Trophy candidate in Charlie Frye, who averages 211.6 yards per game through the air. The Zips have given up 240 rushing yards per game, including 260 in Saturday's 49-19 loss at Northern Illinois. Brett Biggs ran for two touchdowns and 33 yards on six carries. On defense, Akron is anchored by John Fuller, who averages 9.8 tackles per game.

Kickoff is at 6:00 pm on Saturday and all of the action can be heard locally on WGR 550 or on the web at www.buffalobulls.com.
