BUFFALO, NY – For the first time in history, the Mid-American Conference and XOS Technologies will broadcast MAC Football Media Day live from the Detroit Marriot at the Renaissance Center in Detroit, Mich. On July 31st, the MAC Football Media Preview will air from 9:30-11:30 a.m. ET, while the MAC Football Preview Luncheon will air live from 12:15-1:45 p.m. ET. Both events will be available to the public as part of a free preview to the All-MACess package.

Monday’s football media preview will give fans an inside look at the upcoming season of Mid-American Conference football. Jeff Phelps will emcee the event and will interview the head coaches and players of all 13 schools affiliated with the MAC.

Representing the Bulls will be first-year head coach Turner Gill as well as junior defensive back Kareem Byrom (New Brunswick, NJ/New Brunswick) and junior center Jamey Richard (Weston, CT/Weston).

Phelps will also act as emcee for the MAC football preview luncheon. Fans will be able to hear more from the league’s head coaches and will also be able to watch live appearances from MAC Commissioner Rick Chryst and ESPN Primetime college football analyst Todd Blackledge.
