BUFFALO, NY - The annual University at Buffalo spring football scrimmage - matching the Blue against the White - will take place on Saturday, April 22 at 4:00 pm at UB Stadium. The scrimmage is free and open to the public.

The scrimmage will constitute the last of UB's NCAA-mandated 15 allowable spring practice sessions and allows the coaching staff a final chance to evaluate the team before fall drills begin in early August. For the second straight season, the UB coaching staff will break the squad into two teams and play a game with regular scoring.

Other activities in conjunction with the scrimmage include select-a-seat day, where the public can choose seat locations for the 2000 season, as well as the UB "Kids' Zone" with a bounce house. UB seat cushions will be given to fans that purchase a seat for the 2000 season.

There will be free parking and the concession stands will be open for the event.
