21 players from eight states make up initial signees on first day of national signing period
BUFFALO, NY - The University at Buffalo football program announced
today their 1999 recruiting class for their first season of I-A football in
the Mid-American Conference. The Bulls have played as a I-AA Independent for
the past six seasons.
In addition, it was announced by head coach Craig Cirbus that wide receiver
Rychard Dykes (Syracuse, NY/Corcoran HS) has rejoined the team.
The following players have signed National Letters of Intent to attend the
University at Buffalo this fall.
