Bill Lund-Nunez enters his second season as a defensive graduate assistant coach. Lund-Nunez brings a wealth of experience to the Bulls’ staff. Lund-Nunez came to Buffalo after spending two seasons as the defensive coordinator for Carleton College. Lund-Nunez spent the previous seven seasons as an assistant at Colby College. He coached linebackers, special teams and the defensive line during his time there. He spent three seasons as an assistant at Saint Anselm College from 1997-1999. He began his coaching career as the defensive coordinator for the Granite State Warriors of the N.E.F.L. As a player, he was a three-year starter at Lawrence University in
Appleton, WI. He was named All-Midwest Conference Second Team in 1995. In
1996, he was awarded the Ralph V. Landis Award - given to the school’s most
dedicated senior athlete.
