2006-07: Named Most Outstanding for cross country. First-Team All-MAC with her second-place finish at the league meet (20:37.65) in muddy conditions. Won individual title at the Toledo Invitational in season-best 17:48. Never finished out of top 20 in any of her five meets. Finished third in the mile (4:56.98) and seventh in the 3,000m (10:05.69) at the MAC Indoor Championships. Placed fifth in the 1,500m (4:34.02) at the MAC Outdoor Championships. Named to Academic All-MAC team in cross country and indoor and outdoor track.

2005-06: Top Newcomer for cross country and outdoor track. Set top 5K time of 18:52 at the Central Collegiate Meet. Finished 63rd at the MAC Cross Country Championships. Part of UB’s MAC champion distance medley relay team (11:46.48), running the first leg. Earned All-East honors as part of the record-setting DMR (11:33.11) at the ECAC Championships. Finished seventh in the 1500m (4:36.59) at the MAC Outdoor meet.

High School: Earned 18 letters for coaches Wayne Rose and Chris Ignatowski in cross country and track at Lake Shore High School. Led Eagles to the Section VI team cross country title in 2004 and won the individual race. Finished fourth at the state meet. Also named to All-ECIC Academic team.
