Freshman (06-07): Head of the Ohio (Freshman Novice Four B, 2nd of 9; Novice Eight A, 1st of 9) -- Head of the Genesee (Open Eight B, 15th of 35) -- Head of the Fish (Open Novice Eight A, 1st of 31) -- Syracuse Invitational (Novice Eight A, 4th of 15) -- Knecht Cup (Novice Eight, 3rd of 27) -- Harvey Cup (Novice Eight, 2nd of 3) -- Metro Championships (Novice Eight, 1st of 6) -- Dad Vail Regatta (Novice Eight, 9th of 36).

Career Highlights: Earned third place at the New York State Championships in 2003, and finished as runner-up in 2004 and 2005... was a 2005 Section III Champion for coach Joseph Bufano at Liverpool...competed for six years for the Syracuse Chargers for Nicole Garofalo... was a Royal Canadian Henley Finalist in 2004 and 2005, while taking second place at the St. Catharines Invitational in the same year.

Personal: Full name is Katelyn Rebecca Garofalo... born August 1, 1988... daughter of Robert and Kathleen Garofalo... has two sisters, Nicole and Julie... majoring in Business Marketing... her favorite food is cereal... lists her sister as the person she most admires as well as her greatest athletic influence.
