BUFFALO, NY – Fresh off one of the most successful seasons in UB rowing history, University at Buffalo women’s rowing head coach Rudy Wieler and his coaching staff have announced the addition of eleven recruits to the 2006-07 roster. The third recruiting class under Wieler, the class of 2010 will look to contribute immediately to a squad that lost nine to graduation.

"We've had two very successful recruiting years and this is the third recruiting year from my head coaching tenure," head coach Rudy Wieler said. "We feel that with this class, we've added a lot of depth in trying to consolidate the size of the squad. We lost eight seniors last year and we need to fill in a lot of spots and establish a third varsity. It's through that kind of depth that the program will continue to grow."
