2005: Set a school-record since reinstatement with a six-win season to finish tied for ninth in the MAC... Was second in the conference in opponents’ batting average, holding hitters to a paltry .225 average... Finished second on the team with 43 strikeouts and third with 54.2 innings pitched... Posted seven consecutive scoreless and hitless outings from March 16 to April 9 (12.2 innings)... Picked up first career win with three innings of hitless relief against Coppin State, as Buffalo won 5-3 (3/17)... Earned first career save with 2.1 innings of hitless, four strikeout baseball in a 6-4 win at Bowling Green (4/9)... Was converted into a starter for latter part of the season, making four starts and going 3-1 with a 2.25 ERA... Pitched eight innings, giving up five hits and three runs in 10-3 win against Niagara at Dunn Tire Park in first career start (4/27)... Pitched first career complete game in 3-0 loss to Central Michigan (5/13)... Allowed seven hits, two earned runs and struck out a career-high nine in the game... Without one four-inning span from May 1 to May 4 in which he allowed 11 earned runs, ERA was a dazzling 3.02... Pitched three innings of hitless relief in a 16-0 win against Canisius, a game in which three Bulls’ pitchers held the Griffins to one hit (4/6).

High School: Lettered four years at Newfane...Set school records for wins and strikeouts in a season, earning All-Western New York honors as a senior...Also named to the Niagara-Orleans All-League team after posting a 10-1 mark ...Helped the Panthers to the state finals as a senior...Named the team’s Most Outstanding Pitcher as a junior after striking out 42 batters in 33 innings and compiling a 1.81 ERA.
