Tuesday's UB-Canisius Game Cancelled

Due to a scheduling oversight, the game is called off
BUFFALO, NY - The University at Buffalo and Canisius baseball game, scheduled for Tuesday, May 16 at Canisius' Demske Sports Complex, has been canceled due to a scheduling conflict.

The Golden Griffins (17-34 overall) have a three-game conference series against MAAC opponent Manhattan scheduled for Thursday and Friday. If Canisius played the game against UB, the school would be over the 54-game NCAA limit. Canisius and the University at Buffalo have made a mutual agreement to cancel the contest.

The Bulls (14-35 overall) will get back on the field on Wednesday when they travel to Sal Maglie Stadium to face Big 4 rival Niagara in a 6:00 pm contest.
