ATHLETES OF THE WEEK

Matt Knueven (Cincinnati, OH/LaSalle) of the football team caught two touchdown passes in the Bulls' season-finale at Kent State. Knueven scored on touchdown receptions of 21 and two yards and finished the game with five catches for 51 yards. He led the Bulls this season with 47 receptions for 622 yards (13.2 avg.) and four touchdowns.

Lindsay Matikosh (North Tonawanda, NY/North Tonawanda) of the volleyball team completed her UB career with a 10-kill, 11-dig night against Northern Illinois in the first round of the Mid-American Conference Tournament. Matikosh's 408 kills this season rank as the eighth-highest total for a single season in UB history and she ended her career second on both the Bulls' all-time career lists in kills (1,450) and digs (1,414).
