ATHLETES OF THE WEEK

Athletes of the Week - 11/16/1998

In the UB football team's 65-40 loss to host Villanova, the explosive offense was led by quarterback Chad Salisbury (Newell, PA/Frazier) who came off the bench to complete 16-of-27 passes for 194 yards and two touchdowns.

Sophomore Mari McClure (Rochester Hills, MI/Rochester Adams) led the UB women's basketball team to a 86-75 victory over Canisius in their season opener by scoring 21 points and shooting an impressive 11-13 from the charity stripe.
