ATHLETES OF THE WEEK

Dan McKenna (Liverpool, NY/Liverpool) of the men's cross country team earned first-team All-Mid-American Conference honors at the league championship meet in DeKalb, IL. McKenna finished seventh in a 77-runner field in 24:51 for the 8K distance and led the first two miles of the race before falling back into the pack. The Bulls placed seventh in the nine-team meet with 137 points, just missing fifth place by five points.

Anna-Lesa Calvert (Dallas, TX/Bryan Adams) of the women's soccer team completed her stellar career in goal with a shutout against Kent State, earning six saves and becoming the first goalkeeper in the 24-year history of the women's program to register 100 saves in consecutive seassons. The shutout against the Golden Flashes was her second in a row and third this season. She finishes her career with 14 shutouts and second in career saves with 341.
