Athletes of the Week - 04/10/2000

Mike Flaherty (Spencerport, NY/Spencerport) of the baseball team went 2-for-5 in the Bulls doubleheader loss at Toledo last week. Flaherty, a junior third baseman and the Bulls' cleanup hitter, knocked in a pair of runs with a double in the opener and tripled and scored two runs in the nightcap. For the season he is hitting .238 and is third on the club with 11 runs batted in.
