Athletes of the Week - 02/14/2000

Senior Rashidi Greene (Webster, NY/Webster) of the men's indoor track team set a new UB, meet, and stadium record at the prestigious Cannon Classic in Indianapolis, IN in the 35-pound weight throw with a toss of 59'1 1/2".

Senior Tiffany Bell (Hayfield/Alexandria, VA), of the women's basketball team averaged 21 points per game last week and became only the second junior in the school's women's history to surpass the career 1000-point mark. She currently ranks second in the MAC in scoring average.
