Josh States (Lockport, NY/Lockport) of the wrestling team became UB's all-time victories leader with his 96th win as he defeated Kent State's Nick Magistrelli in the 184 pound bout. He is currently ranked 13th nationally by Intermat with a 21-3 overall mark and 3-0 Mid-American record this season.

 

 

Photo of Charlie Voorhees Charlie Voorhees (Warsaw, NY/Warsaw) of the wrestling team defeated three-time MAC defending champion Brent Thompson of Kent State, 8-6, in the 125 pound match to lead the Bulls to a 21-10 win over the Golden Flashes.

 

 
 

Photo of Tiffany Bell Tiffany Bell (Alexandria, VA/Hayfield) of the women's basketball team averaged 30 points and eight rebounds to lead the Bulls to a pair of Mid-American Conference victories and snapping a three-game losing streak. Bell also moved into second place on the career scoring list ahead of Lynette Bubel and now has 1,441.

Bell also became UB's all-time leader in career field goals made (532) passing Brenna Doty's total of 531, tying her career game high with 12 against the Falcons.
