Athletes of the Week - 01/26/2004
 Roderick Middleton (University Park, IL/Marian Catholic)
of the men's basketball team scored a season-high 13 points, all in the second half, to lead the Bulls to an 85-73 win over Northern Illinois, breaking a
19-game conference road losing streak. He also added a team-best three steals and tied for the team-high with
four assists against the Huskies.
Jennefer Brankovsky (Toronto, Ontario/Don Mills
CI) of the women's swim team won three events
in UB's 173-127 win over St. Bonaventure and added two victories and a second-place finish against
Akron. Against the Bonnies, she won the 200 freestyle, 100 butterfly and 200 individual medley. She bettered all
three of her times against the Zips winning both the 200 freestyle and 200 individual medley.
