Athletes of the Week - 01/10/2000

At 149 pounds, sophomore Ryan Bentley (Ripley, NY/Ripley) overcame a seven point first period deficit to down his Pitt-Johnstown opponent, 11-9, in the final match of the meet to seal the Bull's wrestling team 19-13 victory. Bentley currently leads the team in several statistical catgories including near falls (2) with five, reversals with five and overall falls with nine.

Junior Tara Perrier (Aurora, ONT/Aurora) scored a career-high 26 points against on 9-of-14 shooting off the bench against Bowling Green. Perrier connected on 7-of-9 three-point shots and also added seven rebounds.
